Winter is coming as someone once said and the snow not too far away so now is a good time to make sure your plot is tidied up and all the rubbish composted, burnt or taken offsite ready to shutdown for the winter.
Hopefully many of you will have planted some veg that can be harvested over the winter time and now is a good time to finish up pruning those fruit bushes and planting new raspberry stems and trying to get some fresh manure dug into to the plots before the hard frosts set in.
